Sorrel Hoare: Sound Design & Acoustics Research

Welcome

Sorrel Hoare is a PhD Researcher at the University of York as of October 2009 in the Electronics Department Audio Lab.

Prior to this she was awarded the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) Diploma in Acoustics & Noise Control from Leeds Metropolitan University (2009), and a BSc in Sound Design Technology from the University of Hertfordshire (2006).

Her research interest is in auralisation for virtual reality applications, particularly in relation to soundscape.
